It's bit colouring, so the bterm/fbterm/zhcon/... running on the console
should provide the text itself.  Remember the discussion about this for
the Debian Installer.

And here OCR won't help, because what coscell wants to do is displaying
chinese, for which an OCR will probably not work so fine.  Another way
would be to someone get the font that the term is using, and then
reverse the translation, but it then becomes quite tricky...

Coscell, can't you just use a BIG5 locale on plain text console? Big5
contraction table should work fine in such case.
