[quoted lines by coscell@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 2007/02/20 at 14:30 +0800] >Some Chinese console programs use fbdev. Is brltty possible to support >fbdev? IN theory this could be done. I haven't looked into it yet, though, so I'm unfamiliar with what kind of data is written to a frame buffer. If it's just bit colouring then the best brltty oculd do (without fancy OCR software) is present a graphical representation of what's on the screen. If, however, Unicode is written to it then we can do a lot better. Can anyone point me to a good tutorial on how to read fbdev? -- Dave Mielke | 2213 Fox Crescent | I believe that the Bible is the Phone: 1-613-726-0014 | Ottawa, Ontario | Word of God.
