Yes, now it can work. But when I read a Chinese text file under gnome-terminal, it always display ???? on braille display and orca
doesn't speek. What should I do the next?

That depends on what type of session you use: is it just a plain gnome
session?

Yes.

Then add it to your gnome session. See gnome's Session preference panel,
the "Startup programs" tab, in which you may add the call to brltty.
Look in "Current Session" for knowing when orca is run.
