hello all, I just discovered a strange problem with my sound card. it is being detected as sb 16 and it is actually vibra 128. the strange part is that when I installed fedora core 4 it passed the sound test properly by giving good sound. I answered yes to the message "did you hear the sound?" now when I run flite on the same machine the sound is shreeki and huskey. I did not change any settings but this output which was good during setup has suddenly become dirty. what could be the problem? thanks in advance for any help.
