Your sharename under windows is c.
mkdir /c
mount -tsmbfs //winpc/c /c
ls /c
You should now see your c share's content.

If, as you say, you only need to access files, rather than running executables remotely, then samba will do the trick. I run a linux box, and my wife and kids have windows computers, and I'm constantly moving files between the three machines; no problem.
