Hi John,

I do sales and support for Sighted. I am sorry that you didn't
receive a Braille manual with the unit. Either write david@xxxxxxxxxxx or
call 800 666-4883 and tell them you need a Braille manual. The other thing
is that the manual is on the Elba. If you open the document reader or the
editor and from the file list select the text directory you will find the
Elba manual. Also the online help will bring up a quick reference guide for
commands.

Feel free to write if I can help more.

Tommy

Subject: OT: Instructions for Elba

My new Elba braille dispbay just arrived, but it came with absolutely no
braille instructions! Not even a quick Reference Card. I hope someone
from Papenmeier reads this. I am deaf-blind and work alone. I need
braille instructions. Right now S'm trying to learn by trial and error.
I got the power adapter connected, and I can figure out most of the
ports, but I seem to be stuck in the spreadsheet. I saw something about
online help, but I can't get to it.

Does anyone know where I can find instructions?

Thanks,
