David,

I've written to sales@xxxxxxxxxxx, but right now i need to know how to 
get out of that $#!{ spreadsheet and into the online help. You would 
think that anyone who sells braille displays would know that a braille 
display without braille instructions is an oxymoron and an absurdity!
