Yes, it is. The problem is that there's a bug in the RH9 installer which makes
it a bit tricky, i.e. the braille display is positioned one line too low when
in a list box. If you don't mind dealing with that then it can be easily done. 
Why, though, don't you install Fedora Core, which is much newer, and, more
importantly, which is still supported.
