can you use yasr under sigwin?
and I am wanting to use windows aps under linux as well.

A dual boot system is certainly attractive, but to avoid reboots which are clumsy and time-consuming the best way, I think, is to run Cygwin or its Debian equivalent under Windows. I have some Jaws scripts for Cygwin if anyone wants them. They're braille-oriented and not always as general as they could be, but they do some useful things like making ^X^C work for getting out of emacs.
