how to dist-upgrade except package mmm?

Hi all,
I'm using Deb Woody with some backport urls in my sources.list;
the problem is that for some applications, such as aumix, there is a
buggy version with the backports, so I prefer using the one available in
the pool/main of ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/debian
But how to prevent that it wil again and again been upgraded each time I
do a apt-get dist-upgrade? Can I fix this inside the sources.list, for
example only for lynx, lynx-ssl and aumix?
Thanx in advance.
Osvaldo.
