Actually, I've successfully run (tightly) XP Pro, on 2.5, so for the
limited purposes I employ (basicly: the periodic listening to Quicktime
streams, and pulling up web graphics I need someone to look at), it should
work.

As for linux-on-laptops: it is the first site in my bookmarks.:)
