You could create a .fetchmailrc file in your homedir with the fowllowing
options (put all options only in one line):

poll <pop3-server> proto pop3 user <username< with pass <your password>
to <local user>

Example:

poll pop.isp.com proto pop3 user chris with pass foobar to
chris@xxxxxxxxx

If fetchmail is executed by the user with the .fetchmailrc file all
mails will be downloaded from the pop3-server. For more
fetchmail-options see

man fetchmail

Sincerelly,
Schoeppi
