Someone uses gnokii and Nokia 8210 with Linux? I have a problem: my IrDA port seems to work properly, the dmesg says: irda registered on /dev/irda0 (but if I type ls -alF /dev/irda0, a "no such file or directory" output comes.) Then, when I give the command: gnokii --identify to initialize my phone, it says: initializing GSM_BUS failed. model not supported? quitting... But the Nokia 8210 is supported, I read it in the howto. My .gnokiirc file configuration is: port = /dev/irda0 connection = infrared model = 8210.
