Hello! SuSE is very easy to install. The configurationtool yast2 manages most things automaticly and makes reasonable suggestions for partitioning the system, hardware support, software selection, boot management etc., the only thing you need is free unformated space on your harddisk. If the system is installed, you could use yast2 to setup your internetconnection, your network, your printer, your sound- and isdncard, the mailstuff and much more. Unfortunatly is the driver for your braille voyager not integrated in SuSE's screenreader SuSE-Blinux :-(. But it shuld be no problem to use brltty for example.
