Maybe I just missed the right link,however, I was thinking of getting a USB video cam or microphone. I have a desktop PC running Windos XP Home Edition with several USB ports. At some point I am planning to get a new laptop, with (probably RedHAT or debianLinux), and install Linux on this desktop. All Hardwate is built to run on Windows, however, what about Linux? I was thinking of getting a USB Video Cam or Microphone for my desktop PC. Please give me some feedback on a Video Cam or Microphone and Linux campatibility? Thank you.
