Well there are a few issues to over come before it is useable with Jaws. First, Festival will work with Windows. Second, it is not SAPI compliant, therefore it will not work with Jaws. I have a question of my own. Festival boasts being able to speak Welsh. Well, for the life of me, I can't get it to speak it. I've sent emails to the guy who designed the Welsh part of the engine with no response. I don't think the main package comes with the Welsh modules and am trying to find these. Any ideas?
