BRAILLE DISPLAYS AND LINUX

There are lots of ways to use Braille displays under Linux. Actually Suse
ships with drivers for most Braille displays. I thought he was asking about
a notetaker that actually uses Linux for it's operating system, that's why I
said the Elba was the only notetaker that I knew of that did this.

Hello,
BRLTTY is a Linux screenreader and has drivers for almost all displays,
including the BrailleNote. I am using it with a Braille Lite 40. BRLTTY
has a good Grade 2 translator.
FYI: I am developing a Braille translator that will run under Gnome and
have math and tactile graphics built in from the start.
