Hello, I am new on this list, I am working on brlspeak installer, which aimed at providing a full debian distribution but on loopbacks (no partition, the 'partitions' are files on the user's fat32) I had made a dos installer, prompting the user for the brltty driver to load and such, it would write a config file, and then when booting linux via a loadlin.exe, an initrd would parse the config, mount the loopbacks, and run the distribution, it is like an easy solution, I got the installer translated in 16 languages. Talking with Mario, I think we're just going to move on using the same floppies, just the last one will be slightly modified in order to work with loopbacks, because I thought it was a nice idea for people not willing to risk messing their hdd. I am only willing to help and would not like to make useless work, you can meet us on irc.openprojects.net #blinux seb ______________________________________________________________________________ ifrance.com, l'email gratuit le plus complet de l'Internet ! vos emails depuis un navigateur, en POP3, sur Minitel, sur le WAP... http://www.ifrance.com/_reloc/email.emailif
