Since you have Red Hat 7.2, you already have all the documentation. That 
documentation contains answers to your questions. But, to the extent I 
know the answers, I'll supply them below:

So, create a mount point for it. Here's how my entry for my Windows 
partition looks in my fstab:

/dev/hda3  /dos  vfat  uid=500,gid=500,umask=002,exec,dev,suid,rw 1 0

Now, as root, I can simply do:

mount /dos

Of course, /dos must exist, so create it as:

mkdir /dos

No, not really. Of course, you have many options for client mail and 
serving mail--and processing it in many ways. There are also calendaring 
options, etc., etc. But not an MS look-alike, nor a good way to attach all 
the features in an MS Exchange client--so far as I know.

man grub
