The keygen is only if RSA-keyauthentication si requred and needs you to
copy the public-key to the authorized_keys file on the remote host.

no, if you update the local system you won't see this.
Unless there's a protocol-change (protocol 1 to 2 i.e.).

yeah well, as long as ssh is around you can at least pretent to
communicate in a save way >-:>
