Mutt does this?  Great.  I am a mutt user myself.  Mutt properly handles
PGP-MIME.  Mutt is good.  It's also pretty easy to reconfigure it to
behave a lot like just about any other email client you can imagine.  My
own config is vaguely pinelike and which I can attach if needed.
