Yes.

You can see which device it's attempting to use by doing "ls -l /dev/mouse".
It'll likely be either a symbolic link to a serial port (ttySn) or a symbolic
link to "psaux". The former, especially if the device name matches, is an
indication of a conflict, whereas the latter should be okay.
