the Papenmeir device that was supposed to be coming out

Probably to drive the braille display. Wonder if speakup would run too?
Radio is probably about the only industry where I could see a real need to
use a braille display, or anything where you need to read stuff to others,
trying to say what the speech is saying gets kind of difficult.
