I'll gamble and say I don't think there was any change between win98 and
win98se.  It's about a page of braille instructions maybe a little more.
This is what you're not going to like, you have to use inactivity on the
cdrom drive as your queue to do the next instruction.  Get a sighted
person to read you your windows installation product and write that down
and keep it in a safe place.  Even using the cdrom drive as a queue, if
you think all action has stopped wait three minutes.  When you're
finished, you'll be on the windows taskbar.
