you can find the results from testing the tagged release of Octopus 15.0.3 here:
Audio works locally and over bluetooth
Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.
HVAC, Dashboard and Radio apps are also working
Known issues:
SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf
SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior
New issues:
SPEC-4828 - Navigation does not load tiles - holding a point on the map creates a route and turn by turn cues are in place but tiles are not loaded due to wikimedia returning "403 Forbidden" on attempt to load the tiles.

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter and HTML5 images
Flutter: Mediaplayer HVAC and Dashboard apps are working
New issues:
SPEC-4829 - Flutter apps are displayed full-screen
HTML5: Examples, Youtube and Jitsi apps are starting
Known issues:
SPEC-4792 - Aquarium app renders upside down on upsquared and raspberry pi 4
SPEC-4798 - Unresponsive WebAppMgr UI

Overall summary - working, no regressions besides the issue with Navigation mentioned above
Audio works locally and over bluetooth
Wifi, bluetooth and ethernet are working
Radio, HVAC, Phone, Messaging and Mixer apps are also working
Additional test runs were done with the HTML5 images.
