Hello.

You are facing an issue that the file

/poky-agl-glibc-x86_64-agl-demo-platform-crosssdk-corei7-64-qemux86-64-toolchain-13.0.0+snapshot.sh

is no more.

It is replaced by another file which has its new name.

Now I can download the SDK. And, do we have API to develop AGL? Sorry, I'm just a beginner.

"latest" directory is always a symbolic link referring to a new folder.

Therefore, please note that if a file name has a version number, it will be a dead link.
