CAN-Events/Message not reflecting on Dashboard UI

Hello All, 

I am using Raspberry PI 4 with MCP 2515 CAN Controller and AGL Koi v11.0.4 (built by enabling CAN in build/local.config - ENABLE_CAN="1"). 

After flashing the CAN-Enabled-KOI-image, I changed the boot/config.txt file and made the following changes.

dtparam=spi=on

dtoverlay=mcp2515-can0,oscillator=16000000,interrupt=25

dtoverlay=spi0-hw-cs

I can see CAN Messages in "candump can0"  in AGL sent from Vehicle Spy. 

 
I can see CAN Messages sent by AGL (HVAC - FAN Speed) in Vehicle Spy [Message ID  0x030].

We tested vehicle speed (cansend vcan0 3E9#0F00) with changing config to vcan in /etc/dev-mapping.conf we are able to see changes in Dashboard Application.

We are sending the message from actual can (Vehicle Spy tool) but the changes are not being reflected on Dashboard application. Changes made in /etc/dev-mapping.conf for actual-CAN as below:

[CANbus-mapping]

hs="can0"

ls="can0"

j1939="can0"

We are able to see the messages being sent from the Vehicle spy tool in AGL Candump. But it is not reflecting on the Dashboard application.

Our question to you is

1) If messages are received in candump can0, how to find if this message is reaching the Dashboard Application.

2) Is there something we are missing in our configuration or any debug tools to resolve the issue.

3) In pre-built Raspberry PI images available on AGL site, can we use actual CAN with MCP2515?
