AGL weekly testing for master branch

Overall summary: getting better

Ethernet is working, now also in settings

Bluetooth still needs a rfkill unblock nudge

Wifi is also working, also in settings

Dashboard language switch now works

Audio is back on all platforms *, although the only app for testing audio is Navigation atm.

SPEC-4010 affecting qemux86-64 on Up2 and Minnow boards, but now seems to be fixed.

New issues: Audio volume in channels is unbalanced: loud in the left channel and barely audible in the right one - affects all platforms.
