I've uploaded a fix for aac-module-system-audio for master, lamprey, and
koi branches, the koi change is:

if you want to cherry-pick it to try it.

I also noticed that Amazon recently did a release of 2.3.1 of the 2.3
branch of the Alexa Auto SDK, and have uploaded changes for the various
branches to bump us to it.  The only change is improved HTTP proxy
support which does not impact AGL's usage that I can see.
