GSoC weekly update: Week 11

Week-11: Non-Root Linux Cell working and Initiated the virtio-block part.

Summary:
- Non-Root cell is now loading and booting properly and boot logs are
also redirecting to another serial console.
- To reproduce this setup please redirect to the weekly report.
- Initial work for the virtio-block over IVSHMEM started.
- For the IVSHMEM we may need to shift to the `queues/ivshmem2` kernel
present at `git.kiszka.org`, but this kernel lacks some important
patches. I will collect more information on this over the
Jailhouse-mailing list.
- From next week(12th of August) my exams are starting, So I will try
to at least complete and integrate the virtio-block-IVSHMEM(
jailhouse's implementation) and add code for further support for
`-console` and `ivshmem-demo`.
