Kooky Koi is branched, master open

Hi all!


TLDR: Kooky Koi is branched (as 'koi') and any future fixes need to be
cherry-picked to the 'koi' branch.


With Kooky Koi Milestone 3 out, it is time to cut the branch.
These have now been added to the repositories and are active immediately.

If applicable, please submit any patches to master first and
cherry-pick yourself or indicate the need to cherry-pick.


The master branch is now open for 'Lucky Lamprey' .
