Hi Stefan,

This seems to be an issue with 'repo'.

I checked the git log under .repo/repo and it showed:

* 352c93b (HEAD -> default, tag: v2.10, origin/stable, m/master) manifest: add support for groups in include <<< your 'to' rev
* 7f7acfe Concentrate the RepoHook knowledge in the RepoHook class

You might try to reset the version of .repo/repo and

call  repo sync --no-repo-verify
