Hi Walt and SAT member (including IC-EG)

I upload the RFQ document on JIRA ticket (https://jira.automotivelinux.org/browse/SPEC-3388)
I ask to review the RFQ about "DRM lease (DRM sharing system)" for Cluster EG. 

This document is already reviewed by Tanikawa-san, Haraki-san and Dr. Yanaguchi
Then, we will have review meeting on 28/May at 21:00(JST) in speclal SAT call. Walt will announce itl lator.

So, please check the RFQ and ask to me from JIRA if you have any question and comment.
