Subject: [agl-dev-community]  Meeting Time Arrangement of Virtualization EG

To Members who are attending EG-VIRT:

Hi guys, nice to meet you. This is Jerry Zhao from Panasonic.

As announced in the AMM Board meeting, Panasonic and OpenSynergy would like to jointly lead the Virtualization-EG for VirtIO disucssion.

Regarding the meeting time starting from next (after today's meeting), we would like to come out a time that all members from US, Japan and Germany could join.
Due to the time differences across the three sites, the below time-slots may be the only options. (depending on the time-zone of participant, some additional options may be added)

Option US-West (UTC - 7) US-East (UTC - 4) Germany-Berlin Japan-Tokyo
1 2020/4/15 5:00 2020/4/15 8:00 2020/4/15 14:00 2020/4/15 21:00
2 2020/4/15 6:00 2020/4/15 9:00 2020/4/15 15:00 2020/4/15 22:00
3 2020/4/15 15:00 2020/4/15 18:00 2020/4/16 0:00 2020/4/16 7:00

* Note: The date 2020/4/15 is only for reference. The actual meeting date is pending to be determined in today's EG.

What do you think about the above three options? Which one do you prefer? Please kindly reply to this email and let us know your idea.

Sincerely,
Jerry Zhao
