I added session-max at config.xml

(1) I added  /etc/afm/afm-unit.conf file like below ( add red section )

(2) I added windowmanager service config.xml file like below ( add red section )

...

  <feature name="urn:AGL:widget:required-api">
    <param name="lib/windowmanager-service.so" value="local" />
    <param name="30" value="session" />
  </feature>

...

I checked JIRA Site you give.

I tried to add text --session-max=20 windownmanager service file and It work very well even though launching application is bigger than 10.

I want to ask you one more thing.

How did you "--session-max=20" add config.xml file ?

Did you add inside required-permission section??
