Looking for Development Board

I'm looking for a development board that will ship to Canada, and I'm
having some difficulty.

1. I can't find a location to purchase the R-Car M3 board

2. For Minnowboard, I can't find a shield/"lure" that provides access
to the CAN bus

Any help is greatly appreciated.
