We thought to have solved it but I recently got the same problem as
you. I finally found the exactly the work-around that you describe:
uninstall the widget and then install it instead of just installing
it. It is a bug that I have to report upstream. The explanation is
that when you just install the widget, cynara receives only one
transaction that erase previous values and then add it. My
understanding of the bug is that the permissions that were checked are
not properly removed and then not properly created on single
transaction.

I had to comment the jira file above but I was busy, studying a
solution that also includes session management that took me longer
than expected.

I will try to provide for tomorrow a solution for that issue,
expecting it will enter in FF release.
