agl-flounder-5.99.5 support

We have been memebers of AGL for some time and starting to get one of our dev boards supported with the Yocto build and having a couple of issues with the build.

 

I have created a meta layer for our bbe board and all builds fine out of AGL poky.  Integrating it with using some of the meta-ti layer for the sgx support.  All seems to go well until the do_rootfs and it is complaining about;

nothing provides gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-waylandsink needed by agl-service-mediaplayer-1.0+git0+2d52d7cbba-r0.armv7ahf_neon

 

I have added the dependency to our inc file seeing if that would force it to be built but nothing.

 

How can add the dependency please ?
