Hi Heinz,
I get the following rawhide kernel error showing up when trying dmraid -ay on my promise mirror:
device-mapper: table: 253:0: mirror: Device lookup failure
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table

It worked in the previous fedora live beta version.

Here is the version info for the problem:
[root@localhost ~]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.25-8.fc9.i686 #1 SMP Wed Apr 23 03:56:19 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qva |grep kernel
kernel-2.6.25-8.fc9.i686
kernel-2.6.25-1.fc9.i686
kernel-headers-2.6.25-8.fc9.i386

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qva |grep dmraid
dmraid-1.0.0.rc14-6.fc9.i386
[root@localhost ~]# dmraid --version
dmraid version: 1.0.0.rc14 (2006.11.08) debug

device-mapper version: 4.13.0
[root@localhost ~]# cat /etc/fedora-release
Fedora release 9 (Rawhide)

Here is the version info for the previous Fedora 9 beta live that works:
[root@localhost ~]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.25-0.121.rc5.git4.fc9 #1 SMP Fri Mar 14 23:14:20 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qva |grep kernel
kernel-2.6.25-0.121.rc5.git4.fc9.i686
kerneloops-0.10-6.fc9.i386
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qva |grep dmraid
dmraid-1.0.0.rc14-6.fc9.i386
[root@localhost ~]# dmraid --version
dmraid version: 1.0.0.rc14 (2006.11.08) debug
dmraid library version: 1.0.0.rc14 (2006.11.08)

[root@localhost ~]# cat /etc/fedora-release
