Not exactly. dmraid will see that the volume is out of sync and resync it when you boot Linux, but currently it lacks the ability to mark the volume as being back in sync when it finishes, hence when you reboot, the bios thinks it is still out of sync. When you initiate a resync in the bios, you need to let it finish as there is no record of resync progress.
