Hi! I'm trying to install linux on computer with FastTrak TX2000 (pdc20277) which has attached two ide drives configured as mirror in controller's bios. For testing i'm using linload on dos partition with generic initrd. Pdc20277 and ataraid suport is build into kernel. I was trying with versions 2.4.22 and 2.4.24. Ide drives are recognised, but I got this line after partition check: Promise Fasttrak(tm) Softwareraid driver 0.03beta: No raid array found Is this driver working for pdc20277 or only for some specific versions of pdc chip? Please don't suggest me to use modules by promise (anyway they are working above my expectations) or to use linux's md raid. Thank you, Gorazd Golob
