Silicon Image SIL0680 chipset for Linux

I am looking for Linux drivers for an "Silicon Image SIL0680" controller.
The Linux version I use is Redhat 7.3. Getting the harddisk of 40GB 
partitioned seems to happen wrong (result even with negative disk sizes!!).
Only Windows drivers are delivered on CD-ROM but real Linux drivers can't be 
found on the Internet!
