tried 2.4.19-ac4. kernel sees 3 controllers kernel sees 6 drives (I attatched 1 to each bus) all looks good can hdparm -tT /dev/all6 fine can fdisk -lu /dev/all6 fine edited /etc/raidtab to reflect the correct drive letters for 5 drives --left #6 out. so the array will be composed of 2 drives on the first card, 2 drives on second card and 1 drive from the third. do mkraid /dev/md0 and boom! unable to handle kernel paging request lots drive status and seek errors. --- Samuel Flory <sflory@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Which kernel are you using?
