I had the same problem.
I simply had to change the PCI-Slot for the HPT370 Controller card..
Now everything works perfect

Betreff: Lost Interrupt, agian (on HPT370)

Hey
I really need help.
I've been all over the internet looking for at solution to my problem.
I've also seen a lot of people with the same problem, but nothing has
helped yet.

My problem is that i get a large amount of "hgx: lost interrupt" at
start up on the disks on my HPT370 controller.

Here's a little info:
I'm running Debian with 2.4.19 pre6 kernel
Tryed BIOS version 2.2 and 2.31
Tryed 2x60GB IBM 60GXP
Tryed 2x60GB Mator
Using High Points own 1.3 driver (hpt37x2.o)
hpt37x2.o is in /lib/modules/2.4.19-pre6/
The module has also been added to /etc/modules

[/] lsmod
Module Size Used by Tainted: P
NVdriver 941728 10 (autoclean)
hpt37x2 57248 0

Everything works fine (the array has been parted), but mig boot time is
about 5 min. and that's quite a draw back!

Please help...

-Lau
