I currently have Redhat 7.2 installed on a striped Highpoint 372 drive (2 IBM 30GB 75GXP's) with the 3rd party compiled drivers. Has anybody had any luck using the ide drivers and ataraid on this controller instead of the closed, scsi emulated drivers? I think it is kind of ridiculous not to be able to upgrade my kernel until Highpoint does the same. Thanks.
