Problem with the geometry

Hi,
when I create partitions with linux fdisk I cant see them from Windows. 
When I create partitions with windows fdisk linux fdisk says that the 
logical dont end on a physical cylinder. And when I look at the geometry 
of the disk with Partition Magic it says something completely different 
than linux fdisk. Is this a problem that only occurs in my system?
Configuration: Abit KT7-Raid (HPT370), Redhat 7.1, kernel 2.4.7-ac10, 
1st hd: 520MB, 2nd hd: 750MB, Raid0 device with 1040MB (2x520MB).

PS: I use grub to boot from the array and it works like a charm...
