how does APC work in libss7?

Hi ,
Set APC and DCP same.
check the configuration :


linkset=3
pointcode=504
adjpointcode=9380
defaultdpc=9380
ss7_called_nai=national
ss7_calling_nai=national
networkindicator=national
sigchan=78
cicbeginswith=1
channel=63-77
cicbeginswith=17
channel=79-93
