I made a small modification in order to have the cics unblocked (with the actual pointcodes now): signalling=ss7 ss7type=itu networkindicator=national ss7_called_nai=national ss7_calling_nai=national ss7_internationalprefix= ss7_nationalprefix= ss7_subscriberprefix= ss7_unknownprefix= linkset=1 pointcode=12251 defaultdpc=6332 context=incoming group=1 cicbeginswith=34 channel=2-31 cicbeginswith=66 channel=33-62 cicbeginswith=98 channel=64-93 cicbeginswith=130 channel=95-124 cicbeginswith=161 channel=125-155 adjpointcode=12248 sigchan=1 #include ss7.timers sigchan=32 #include ss7.timers adjpointcode=12198 sigchan=63 #include ss7.timers sigchan=94 #include ss7.timers So I moved the defaultdpc directive to the linkset definition. This must be defined before any cicbeginswith setting. Otherwise the cic is assigned to DPC -1 in the "ss7 show cics 1" output. This is the setup that works best right now, but it is not complete yet. Here's the output of a few console commands: *CLI> ss7 show linkset 1 SS7 flags: 0x0 SS7 linkset 1 status: Up SS7 calling nai: 3 SS7 called nai: 3 SS7 nationalprefix: SS7 internationalprefix: SS7 unknownprefix: SS7 networkroutedprefix: SS7 subscriberprefix: Switch type: ITU Our point code: 12251 SLS shift: 0 numlinks: 4 numsps: 2 --------------------------------- Adjacent SP PC: 12248 STATE: UP TRA: GOT SENT T19: not running T21: not running Routes: DPC State T6 T10 Link ADJ_PC:SLC: 12248:0 NetMngSLS: 0 State: INSERVICE, UP STD Test: passed Got, sent : Inhibit: Changeover: NO Tx buffer: 0 Tx queue: 0 Retrans pos 0 CO buffer: 0 CB buffer: 0 Last FSN: 22 MTP3timers: Link ADJ_PC:SLC: 12248:1 NetMngSLS: 1 State: INSERVICE, UP STD Test: passed Got, sent : Inhibit: Changeover: NO Tx buffer: 0 Tx queue: 0 Retrans pos 0 CO buffer: 0 CB buffer: 0 Last FSN: 27 MTP3timers: --------------------------------- Adjacent SP PC: 12198 STATE: DOWN TRA: SENT T19: not running T21: not running Routes: DPC State T6 T10 Link ADJ_PC:SLC: 12198:2 NetMngSLS: 0 State: INSERVICE, UP STD Test: passed Got, sent : Inhibit: Changeover: NO Tx buffer: 0 Tx queue: 0 Retrans pos 0 CO buffer: 0 CB buffer: 0 Last FSN: 91 MTP3timers: Link ADJ_PC:SLC: 12198:3 NetMngSLS: 1 State: INSERVICE, UP STD Test: passed Got, sent : Inhibit: Changeover: NO Tx buffer: 0 Tx queue: 0 Retrans pos 0 CO buffer: 0 CB buffer: 0 Last FSN: 93 MTP3timers: *CLI> ss7 show cics 1 CIC DPC DAHDI STATE BLOCKING 34 6332 2 Idle 35 6332 3 Idle 36 6332 4 Idle 37 6332 5 Idle 38 6332 6 Idle 39 6332 7 Idle 40 6332 8 Idle 41 6332 9 Idle 42 6332 10 Idle 43 6332 11 Idle 44 6332 12 Idle 45 6332 13 Idle 46 6332 14 Idle 47 6332 15 Idle 48 6332 16 Idle 49 6332 17 Idle 50 6332 18 Idle 51 6332 19 Idle 52 6332 20 Idle 53 6332 21 Idle 54 6332 22 Idle 55 6332 23 Idle 56 6332 24 Idle 57 6332 25 Idle 58 6332 26 Idle 59 6332 27 Idle 60 6332 28 Idle 61 6332 29 Idle 62 6332 30 Idle 63 6332 31 Idle 66 6332 33 Idle 67 6332 34 Idle 68 6332 35 Idle 69 6332 36 Idle 70 6332 37 Idle 71 6332 38 Idle 72 6332 39 Idle 73 6332 40 Idle 74 6332 41 Idle 75 6332 42 Idle 76 6332 43 Idle 77 6332 44 Idle 78 6332 45 Idle 79 6332 46 Idle 80 6332 47 Idle 81 6332 48 Idle 82 6332 49 Idle 83 6332 50 Idle 84 6332 51 Idle 85 6332 52 Idle 86 6332 53 Idle 87 6332 54 Idle 88 6332 55 Idle 89 6332 56 Idle 90 6332 57 Idle 91 6332 58 Idle 92 6332 59 Idle 93 6332 60 Idle 94 6332 61 Idle 95 6332 62 Idle 98 6332 64 Idle 99 6332 65 Idle 100 6332 66 Idle 101 6332 67 Idle 102 6332 68 Idle 103 6332 69 Idle 104 6332 70 Idle 105 6332 71 Idle 106 6332 72 Idle 107 6332 73 Idle 108 6332 74 Idle 109 6332 75 Idle 110 6332 76 Idle 111 6332 77 Idle 112 6332 78 Idle 113 6332 79 Idle 114 6332 80 Idle 115 6332 81 Idle 116 6332 82 Idle 117 6332 83 Idle 118 6332 84 Idle 119 6332 85 Idle 120 6332 86 Idle 121 6332 87 Idle 122 6332 88 Idle 123 6332 89 Idle 124 6332 90 Idle 125 6332 91 Idle 126 6332 92 Idle 127 6332 93 Idle 130 6332 95 Idle 131 6332 96 Idle 132 6332 97 Idle 133 6332 98 Idle 134 6332 99 Idle 135 6332 100 Idle 136 6332 101 Idle 137 6332 102 Idle 138 6332 103 Idle 139 6332 104 Idle 140 6332 105 Idle 141 6332 106 Idle 142 6332 107 Idle 143 6332 108 Idle 144 6332 109 Idle 145 6332 110 Idle 146 6332 111 Idle 147 6332 112 Idle 148 6332 113 Idle 149 6332 114 Idle 150 6332 115 Idle 151 6332 116 Idle 152 6332 117 Idle 153 6332 118 Idle 154 6332 119 Idle 155 6332 120 Idle 156 6332 121 Idle 157 6332 122 Idle 158 6332 123 Idle 159 6332 124 Idle 161 6332 125 Idle 162 6332 126 Idle 163 6332 127 Idle 164 6332 128 Idle 165 6332 129 Idle 166 6332 130 Idle 167 6332 131 Idle 168 6332 132 Idle 169 6332 133 Idle 170 6332 134 Idle 171 6332 135 Idle 172 6332 136 Idle 173 6332 137 Idle 174 6332 138 Idle 175 6332 139 Idle 176 6332 140 Idle 177 6332 141 Idle 178 6332 142 Idle 179 6332 143 Idle 180 6332 144 Idle 181 6332 145 Idle 182 6332 146 Idle 183 6332 147 Idle 184 6332 148 Idle 185 6332 149 Idle 186 6332 150 Idle 187 6332 151 Idle 188 6332 152 Idle 189 6332 153 Idle 190 6332 154 Idle 191 6332 155 Idle for pointcode 12198, the state seems to remain DOWN indefinitely. I'm not sure however if this is due to our setup or due to a misconfiguration on the other side. I'm also constantly receiving REL messages on the link to pointcode 12198. These result in errors in the asterisk logs: [Aug 13 13:07:07] ERROR[28543] chan_dahdi.c: [1] Got ISUP message on link while MTP3 state is not UP!
