I was able to figure a way, however the extra digits aren't getting 
stripped..

I used the first digit of the service number for subscriber prefix, and 
it did the trick.
However we have four digit numbers that start with 8, and they have to 
be called as subscriber also, is there a way to specify multiple 
prefixes in libss7?
