Well, now it's getting replaced/removed:

Called Party Number:
                         Nature of address: 1
                         NI: 0
                         Numbering plan: 1
                         Address signals: 112109#
                         [ 06 81 10 11 12 90 0f ]

When I used S, it was being replaced with a 0...

Any ideas?
